Heitor Roriz Filho, M.Sc. Information Technology, CSM, CSP. Working with Scrum since 2004 Heitor has been applying the methodology in several software projects since then. He is Agile Coach at Massimus and one of the two Certified Scrum Master Practitioner in Brazil. He is president of the Brazilian Chapter of APLN (Agile Project Leadership Network) and coordinates APLN events in Brazil. He has gained experience working for companies like DaimlerChrysler AG, Fraunhofer Gesseschalft and Fundação Paulo Feitoza. Committed to spread Scrum and other agile methodologies he founded Massimus to help improving the quality of software projects in Brazil and other countries, specially in Latin America. |

He worked seferal years for Siemens Mobile and BenQ Mobile as Project Manager and for Fundação Paulo Feitoza as Resource Manager. He has gained international experience in Brazil and USA working at the time for Siemens Mobile. He is currently developing strong relationships with international clients in Munich. |

Dipl.-Ing. Technische Informatik Mario Tomaselli Mario has extensive experience in International Project Management. He worked for BenQ Mobile as Project Manager and Coach for 3 years and for Siemens Mobile as Interim Manager and Coach for 4 years. During this time he visited Brazil several times to perform project monitoring. He has several years of management experience for companies like BMW, Deutsche Post AG and Dornier. He is currently Europe Interim Manager for Outsourcing at First Data International and Business Consultant at Massimus. |

Martine Devos A Certified Scrum Master Trainer, Martine Devos is an expert in Agile/XP principles, practices and processes. She has over 30 years of experience in coaching, training, and project management. Today Martine works as an independent consultant coaching and helping companies to implement Scrum. She will be working close to Massimus as a consultant helping to improve our work in agile project management consultancy. |
